4 Tablespoons butter

2 cups Cup4Cup gluten free flour (or regular if you are not gluten free)

½ tsp fine salt

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp baking powder

1 tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp freshly grated nutmeg

¼ tsp allspice

¼ tsp gound cloves

1 cup sugar

½ cup splenda for cooking

1 can pumpkin

2 large eggs

¼ cup orange juice

½ cup chopped walnuts
