Peach Jam—made with peaches from Ruston La. Meachum Peach Farm—our bankers at Pegasus Bank Dallas found these and they are they best ever..

I gave away a few, froze and few, and made jam with some… The quality of the peaches makes the jam.  Start always with good fruit.

Autumn Salad

mixed lettuce greens + Romaine
Granny Smith apple
dried cranberries
Blue or Gorgonzola cheese
glazed walnuts
French vinaigrette dressing
Toss all ingredients.  Add thinly sliced apples and dressing just before serving.
French vinaigrette dressing:
¼ C balsamic vinegar
½ C ex. v. olive oil
2 t Dijon mustard
1/2 t salt
pinch sugar
fresh cracked pepper

Almond Butter Cookies

Here is Gweneth Paltrow’s recipe for Amond Butter Cookies.
You can make these with gluten free flour like she does, or use regular.  They are tres healthy. Many healthy and gluten free things are yucky, but these are a crowd pleaser.
p.s. Ina Garten says that Cup 4 Cup   is a good gluten free flour.
